• All shoes and sneakers listed on Shophybee.com are directly imported by us from China.
• We are committed to bringing you premium quality and the latest trending styles.
• We try to keep product images and descriptions as accurate as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to screen/display settings.
• A size chart is provided on each product page; it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the correct size before ordering.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We primarily accept orders via Cash on Delivery (COD). bKash/online payment options may also be available where applicable.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm certain orders, especially for remote areas or bulk orders.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

• After placing an order, our team will contact you by phone to confirm it.
• If we are unable to reach you, or if confirmation is not received, the order may be treated as cancelled.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address/phone number information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery

• Delivery within Dhaka usually takes 1–3 business days, and outside Dhaka 3–7 business days (timing may vary by courier and location).
• Delivery charges vary by area and will be shown at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, though we will do our best to assist.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Please open and check the package in front of the delivery person upon receiving your order.
• If there is a wrong size, wrong product, or manufacturing defect, exchange/return is allowed within [X days] of delivery — provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags.
• Returns may not apply for damage caused by use, incorrect size selection by the buyer, or a simple change of mind; an exchange fee may apply in such cases.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable for returns/exchanges.

6. Refund Policy

• For cancelled or returned orders, any advance payment made will be refunded via bKash/bank within [X business days].
• For COD orders, since payment is made only upon receiving the product, no refund question arises before delivery.

7. Pricing & Information Accuracy

• If a product’s price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error, Shophybee.com reserves the right to cancel or correct that order.
• If a product goes out of stock even after order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify the customer accordingly.
